For any operation failure that causes deduction of fund from user's wallet will be returned within 3 to 4 business days.
For any successful operation that causes deduction of fund from user's wallet will not be returned.
No refund claim will be accepted, for Recharge done by mistake, Recharge done to other numer, other state and different amount caused by typing glitch, selection glitch ,information glitch profived by 3rd party.Therefore its being stated to check number , amount, state and operator carefully before initiation the recharge
To perform operation in this application you have to provide your information in the form of KYC, which will be safe and secure in our system will be used in the leagal perspective to provide the users identity to Indian govt. agencys, if required.
